At Origami Customs, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on unworn items with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate items are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Review Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed, with all original packaging and tags intact.
Submit a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package before shipping it to our designated returns center.
Processing and Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
